Is it really free?

Yes. During early access, every feature is available at no cost to all users. We want real-world usage and feedback before introducing pricing.

Will it always be free?

Pricing may be introduced in the future. Early access users will be notified well in advance and will receive favorable terms.

Do both suppliers and customers need accounts?

Yes, but the person signing at delivery does not need an account. They receive a secure link via email.

What currencies do you support?

The platform supports multiple currencies. Each supplier sets their preferred currency.

How is my data protected?

All data is stored in encrypted databases with SSL/TLS in transit. Signatures use HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic verification.
