You receive an email: "New order from Nordic Shipping for M/V Stella (IMO 9876543)." You open the platform, review the order, and confirm it with one click.
Your warehouse team picks the goods from Slot B-7 in your Gothenburg location. They sign the "Picked Up" step. The customer sees the update instantly.
